Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment process:
Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 


Exchanges/Byers Remorse:

Simply contact our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange for an exchange on your purchase. (There will be a restocking fee if not exchanging - see below for details)

Sales Tax

You will be charged appropriate GST and PST (if applicable) at time of purchase. All Duty and Brokerage fees are included in retail price.



With having a variety of manufactures there are some items which cannot be returned due to safety hazards, all air scrubbers are FINAL SALE. Air scrubbers are used to capture potentially hazardous particulates - particulates that we don't want to expose to our staff at the return's department.

We want you to be completely happy with the products we provide, that’s why we offer all customers a 30-day open return policy on (Airdog, XPOWER), (customer pays the fee for return shipping). We encourage you to try out your product as soon as you receive it, but make sure to keep it in salable condition, in case you realize the product isn’t for you. 


Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and Discontinued Items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items and discontinued items, cannot be refunded.


Cancellations & Returns:                                   

Any order that is canceled after 24 hours is subject to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees.


Orders returned, for reason other than a defective item (upon receiving), are subject to a restocking fee that is equal to 20% of the price of your order. You (the buyer) are responsible for any return freight (shipping) costs for BOTH directions (from the warehouse to you , and back to the warehouse).

The purchase price minus these fees and costs will then be refunded to your when the warehouse processes your item (product must returned within 30 days, new, unused, and in original packaging). Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. Orders cancelled later than 12 hours after purchase are subject to a 20% cancellation administration fee. 

Please make sure to measure the necessary space requirements, etc. before purchasing! After 30 days we will help administer a return only if the item is damaged and still under manufacturers warranty. The manufacturers warranties vary from 1-3 years depending on the company.
